There is parking on Arcade Street or in the lot across from the bus depot. Feel free to drop in!

Astanga Basics w/ Jeff A modified, shortened form of the ashtanga primary series. Focus comes through repetition and linking the specific posture sequence with the counting of breaths.
Beginning Yoga / with Jean Simple, yet powerful yoga postures combined with breath and body awareness techniques to facilitate stillness and focus.
Gentle Yoga / with Nadia Authentic, simpler postures at a quieter pace. Suitable for new students and those who prefer a more gentle practice. Breathe, move, focus and find clarity. A great way to launch your busy day.
Hatha Mixer / with Jeff An energizing yoga practice and a blend of hatha yoga styles adaptable for all levels. Discover the underlying connections between the different 'schools' of yoga.
Mindful Yoga / with Stephanie Appropriate for all levels- seniors and anyone who is interested in making some time for themselves to strengthen, calm and feel comfortable in their mind and body.
Vinyasa Yoga / Jenny Students move mindfully through creative led sequences as they improve strength, flexibility, focus, and balance. Modifications are offered for all levels of practitioners.
Self-Practice Free. Not a class, but the studio is available mornings for your personal yoga practice.
Private Classes No drop-ins. Attendance limited to enrolled students only, with permission of the teacher.

Nadia is back! Gentle yoga Wednesday mornings at 9 am.
Jean's fabulous beginner class meets Wednesday evenings at 6:15. Jenny switches things up with
vinyasa yoga on Sunday evenings. Monday evening is astanga basics with Jeff.
Stephanie's Mindful Yoga class is ideal for students who enjoy an authentic peaceful practice.

Thanks for stopping by. While our studio may have opened in 2003,
the roots of yoga go back thousands of years to India and the teachings found in the Yoga Sutra.
Patanjali is considered the first to collect and write down the raja yoga method to attaining 'stillness.'
While many people consider yoga a physical practice and a workout intended only for the flexible and fit,
we believe it can be practiced by all and there is more to be discovered than simply 'feeling better.'
(Not that there's anything wrong with that.)
All systems of yoga center around mindful attention to breath, for it is here that mind and body meet.
There are styles of yoga that will fit anyone at all the different times of life. We offer classes that are vigorous and strong, others are gentle and slow and some, perhaps both at the same time.
We believe that no matter your age, fitness or experience you can practice yoga and enjoy real benefits.
